My complaint:
I had to lock down my account due to issues with a breakin and my personal information being removed from my home and someone getting onto my computer. Someone accessed my account in January 2021 but it wasn’t me as I received an email. So I locked my account again at that time. I’ve been trying since May to get access to my account and they say they will email me within 45 days and nothing. No email has been received.
Suggested solution:
I need access to my account to make sure nothing is missing. They need to get a customer service department so you can speak with someone to assist you.
