My complaint:
For the past 9 months I have been unable to log into my Coinbase Account. I have made numerous email complaints to Coinbase, and even filed a Complaint form. I was sent information from Coinbase support, followed all of the steps listed step by step, repeatedly, and still was unable to log in. Coinbase Support emails me a response with a case number, saying it is looking into my issue, and asks that I give them 30 to 60 days to resolve. I hear nothing back, only that they have Closed my case.This has happened at least 7 to 8 separate times. My latest case number that I was told to wait for them to look into the matter, and subsequently told that they were closing the case, was Case Number 06942188. The case number immediately before that was 05141933. I am ready to either file an SEC Complaint, or file for arbitration.
Suggested solution:
I am so fed up with Coinbase at this time, I simply want to have them call me (813)765-1218, explain to me while on the phone how to log into my account, and then let me close my account and refund the money iin U.S. Dollars from my Coinbase Account.
