My complaint:
Coinbase asked me to verify my account on January 3rd, 2021. I uploaded my passport. To date my account has still not been verified. Why is it taking so long to verify my account? I can not buy or sell presently on Coinbase. On the Coinbase website it shows my uploaded documents have been verified.
Suggested solution:
All I want is my account to be verified so that I can commence trading again on Coinbase.
