My complaint:

I purchased one boost package and was charged for two. This is not the first time this has happened and I am finally putting my foot down. My bank told me to contact the merchant, so here I am. They said if you will not refund the duplicate charge(s) you must provide me with a written statement and they will happily escalate and report it to the proper channels to get this resolved.
