My complaint:
You ignored me last time I had a legitimate complaint , I spent money on your game unlocking the tower gifts , when you get one free then pay an then get next one free, I had 1;300 spins , now 4 times I spun the wheel on x100, now each time the game suddenly amazingly lost connection goin when I got a raid, upon loading the game back up , I had no raid and lost the 100 spins on all 4 occasions, now with free spins that’s ok, but when I bought the spins and I lose 400 spins that I paid real money for , this is theft
Suggested solution:
I would like my 400 spins back I paid for them,,, I do not have any photo proof as there is no way to take a picture when it happened randomly with no warning, last two times iv lodged complaints they gave me a crap excuse to avoid responsibility , I’m fed up of a game that is always based against you anyway , so they take my spins I bought and refuse to give back , I want my spins back please
