My complaint:
Well I had 400 spins disappear after the game crashed and I had bought 3 packages from the game with my debit card and I won 3000 spins for the raid attack event and the game froze on me in the middle of playing I had 1503 before it froze and crashed on me and when I got back on I had 1097. I take it that I got screwed out of that huh?
Suggested solution:
I think they should reimburse the spins that I lost plus give me extra gifts because they don't want to respond to my email I sent to the support center.. this is now the 5th time I have been screwed by this game but there I am still playing knowing that it will happen again
