My complaint:
I have just purchased the festival season magical pack but upon purchase I had to update my card payment details. I paid £38.99 for the pack but did not receive the contents of the box? When I went back on the game all I had received was the 5.5k spins and the money!!
Suggested solution:
I would like to have the contents of the box which I have paid for!
