My complaint:
I have over a few weeks have not recieved coins when i have raided a person and lose spins as well. I have noticed when this happens the persons identity has disappeared. This morning too got a raid and nothing and lost 5 spins.
It seems when you go to further levels that you get less raids and attacks, i could spin more than 50 – 100 times without receiving either. Is this a ploy to make players purchase if they are close to finishing a target e.g attack 50times and reach 2000 spins?
I have spent multiple millions over the past several weeks or more and have yet to receive Gold cards and even ordinary pack cards, Why?
Suggested solution:
They should look into what technical errors are making this happen. Reward coins and spins.
I think they should know that the game is not enjoyable for me to play when you use 100s of spins and receive nothing.
I think there should be more gold cards and ordinary pack cards when purchasing chests. You do not seem to receive gold cards in the wooden chest too, which i think should be looked into.
