Coin Master complaint: After winning so many things while using 13.5B; it faked and i loose it

My complaint:

I won so many spins, chests, foods and xp while on octopus using 13.5B amount and lastly i didn’t receive any when i reach octopus game nearly level 50

Suggested solution:

Please review my game and should award what i have won in game
