Coin Master complaint: PLEASE HELP!!! ( The plea of a desperate, old, and now BORED and STRESSED OUT woman!!!!)

My complaint:

I’ve been playing coin master for about six months and I got a new phone two weeks ago and haven’t been able to really_ play it since.
Every time I log in, it runs terribly slow to begin with and then it lets me play, sometimes for 3 mins, sometimes just 30 seconds before it kicks me off and I have to go through the log in process again.. only to be kicked off again.
I’ve been in many different locations and tried to play it and that makes no difference that I’ve noticed. I’ve done everything I know to do to try to fix it (gone into the apps of my phone and gone into the apps on Facebook and went through all the steps to try to fix it.
I’ve been so frustrated with this that I EVEN factory reset my phone..NO CHANGES after doing any of it….
PLEASE HELP!!!

Any recommendations to help me fix my game and FINALLY be able to sit down for an hour, and be play my game...
