My complaint:
The attack event is on at the moment and most of the time I spin and hit an attack, I suddenly lose connection which means I have to close the app and re-open it. This then means that the attack rewards haven’t been added and that I am losing quite a lot of spins considering I’m super betting on x5. This has happened more than 12 times and only when I hit an attack. This is extremely unfair and as a company which sets out to please it’s customers, I’m concerned with the thought that this has been done purposely all in the attempts of your company receiving more money through purchases.
Suggested solution:
I feel as though your company, should resolve this matter by compensating me on spins and coins. With the amount of spins I have lost and the coins I have missed out on from this happening, also with the fact that I have purchased spins and coins because of this happening, I would expect a minimum of 250 spins and £15 million coins. As well as the technical problem which is causing this to happen, to be fixed.
