My complaint:
Hello I’ve just won the Mystery tournament and said there was one joker card which I didn’t get I’m a bit annoyed as that’s the only reason I carried on playing it to win a card what I’ve been waiting for ages which is a bit annoying I hope you can help and resolve the matter

I won the Mystery tournament it said there was a joker card and there was only reason I tried so hard to win was for the card hope you can sort it out
