Coin Master complaint: Missing out on coins and spins

My complaint:

I am a daily active player of Coin Master and I also spend money to purchase spins. So when I’m playing I expect for the game to go smoothly and not freeze up when I in the middle of getting a prize, spin or coins. This game is highway robbery and I’m ready to uninstall!
