My complaint:
I have been unable t purchase from the VIP store since November. I have tried using several different cards with plenty of money but nothing works. Support was helping, but I have not heard back from anyone since 11/29 (over a month), despite several follow ups.
Suggested solution:
Respond, and allow me to make purchases
