My complaint:
I spent $60 to get the townhouse, money, bubble and buklding discount bonuses activated to make a push for the 20k2k spins. However, shortly after iade my purchase, game crashed and i couldn’t log in for like an hour.
I ended up missing all my bonuses and effectively losing 22k spins and more.
Reached out to customer service a few times and got compensated 150 spins. 150 spins is insulting as i have spent over $600 the past week and just on the compaign to get to 20k spins, about $200 plus.
Bad customer service as they do not care about the game experience and definitely only care about money. Very disappointed. But I am lucky I am only in for a week so far. Could have spent thousands to find this out.
STAY AWAY.
Suggested solution:
Compensate by refunding the related transactions which is nothing compared to what was invested to get there and mis opportunities. Compensate with the spins that was lost. Misopportunities are a real loss and it contributes to the whole experience.
Why are we paying to advance when we also take the risk of the game crashing and us basically throwing our money into the sea?
