My complaint:

Good day i hope someone can help me resolving this problem on coinmsater side. i struggle to log into my coin master for 3 days now. i even lost my viking i was 8% from the vinish line from the last one to get the 5000 spins and the gold card and then when i want to log nack again to finish it keeps on showing me connection lost for 3 days now. im on wi fi and it still show me the same. i uninstalled my game 3 times and reinstalled it again to see if its helps and still not. i did email coinaster but no reply. plz can someone helpe to fix this problem im not happy that i lost everything because of coin master connection because its not on m side. so i feel coin master can give me that 5000 spins and the gold card for my loss because of them. because i couldve finish.thank you hope to hear from you.

to see if they can help me resolve it on their side because its not on m side. and to give me my viking 5000 spins and my gold card because i was 8% away from finish then this happened.
