My complaint:
I emailed the makers of coin master with a concern i was spending to much money on this game ,I told them I am a recovering compulsive gambler and there app is a form of gambling an I can’t stop spending money on this game ,they emailed back asking me to send details of user id etc so I did as they could block me buying or playing ,I believe because I spend so much money on this game they won’t block me .
Suggested solution:
Block me from playing like they said they would and refund my money from the time they said they will block me
