My complaint:

It’s been over a month now and I haven’t been able to play coin master. EVERY time I log in, it tells me to check my internet connection, retry. I know my connections are good because every app use ,I have no problems. This is the 2nd time I filed a complaint for the same issue. I love this game but I don’t want to lose my spot again.

Suggested solution:

I don't have a clue on how to resolve the issue.
