My complaint:

Hello I’ve been trying to for almost a week now to get into my game and it keeps saying trying to reconnect. I deleted the app and added it back and still doing the same. I also deleted history and cache and tried that. I also restarted the phone and still the same thing. I tried to talk to several people about the problem. They just keep sending me over to someone that I have to ask questions to but have to pay to ask I don’t have a credit card. I’m frustrated cause I spend a lot of time and money on this game and I will lose everything. Can someone please help me
