My complaint:
I have been playing this game for years now and recently I have seen some disturbing behaviour from players that are on the global leaderboard this includes
Bullying. In my
Opinion global players are people you are supposed to look up to. But I guess because they spend thousands of pounds on the game they matter and other players don’t I personally know of people complaining to there vip managers about there behaviours yet nothing is done. This company has just become all about making money not the mental health being of long time players
Suggested solution:
They should look into complaints and actually do something about it they should give vip managers a course on how to correctly deal with complaints and not just let them get away with it because they probably get commission off there sales!!!
