My complaint:
Yes I’m one $93.64 I can redeem it because they said I need to set up account with corn base I am not familiar with that method everybody is not able to do that and on top of that I have to send $10 to them to prove that my coinbase is legit.
I have email club parents over 10 times nobody haven’t responded I have went into the chat I cannot go into the chat cuz nobody’s there to even talk with me on the subject to see if it was another method that I can go through I am disabled computer illiterate I do not know nothing about no coin base watch that I have to set up account to receive my winnings
Suggested solution:
I should be able to receive my winnings and my bank account being transferred or is it mail me my winnings just like if I won anything else they\'d be able to take money from my cash app or even money from my account I should be able to withdraw the money that I want as well I shouldn\'t have to set up no a coinbase account I don\'t know nothing about that method
