My complaint:
I requested a withdrawal request at club player casino a year and a half ago. It took them two months to process the request. Once they processed the request they told me the funds were sent to the btc address that I provided. When the funds didn’t hit my account I reached out to the casino. They sent me a link with a btc address attached to it and said they my money here and this is the proof of the payout. I didn’t recognize the address they told me they sent the funds to. For the next year I argued with hundreds of CPC agents about the withdrawal. They told me that they sent the funds to the address I provided. Every time I use my btc address it changed after a successful deposit is made. So I had no way to prove that the address they sent the funds to wasn’t mine. Until one day I talked to an agent named Tony Martinez. I asked him if I could see the withdrawal request that I filled out instead of the link that the other agents kept sending me. That’s when Tony told me they sent the funds to my actual btc address. I quickly told him that the other agents told me they sent the funds to a completely different address. To my surprise he admitted that the casino sent the funds to the wrong address. He also said they would make it right and check back in in a couple days. When I reached out a couple days later the new agent acted like they had no idea what I was talking about. I got the same old story. They sent the funds to the address that I provided. I wish I would have screen shot the entire conversation with Tony but I only screen shot the part where he told me they sent the funds to my actual address. They then blocked me from my account. I haven’t been able to get ahold of them since. They owe me $900.
Suggested solution:
I will be satisfied when the casino does the right thing and pays me my winnings. I believe I should pay me for all the time and stress that I’ve had to put into getting my own money from them also. I’m definitely put in more then 100 hours trying to get this money from them and all they’ve done is try and make me seem like I’m some kind of crook that’s trying to get paid twice.
