My complaint:

I have been trying for a couple of weeks to withdrawal my funds and it keeps telling me that I need more documents. I have already submitted them. I have wrote text to live chat sent emails and so forth. It still has yet to let me cash out.

Suggested solution:

By fixing my acct so I can withdrawl funds
