My complaint:
They say they have live chat but it doesn’t work at all. The email that they have you only get an automated response. And the phone number is fake! I had a bonus that hit and didn’t get paid and I got screwed on a promotion So I’ve been trying to talk to chat for like 12 hours nobody’s home
Suggested solution:
When I get paid for my bonus, when they fix chat, when they respond to their emails, and when they fix their phone number
