My complaint:
I made a withdrawal of $200 on January 19 and then made another $300 withdrawal on January 22 both of 2024. I have not received either withdrawal funds even though I have documentation that assures me that I have been approved for the withdrawals.
Suggested solution:
I need my two withdrawals sent to my bitcoin addresses. That is the only way to resolve this issue. I have provided them with all of the documentation that they need. I have been assured of that numerous times. I am trying to upload some pictures, but your website will not allow me to upload the pictures. I have plenty of documentation.
