My complaint:

I went through the registration process with these people where I proved my identity then I made a deposit they took my money no problem but when I won $800 they told me I had to get them all the information for a wire transfer bank statement picture of myself holding my idea picture of my idea not being held more information about my bank it took like 10 days of them non-stop giving me a different hoop to jump through and when they ran out of hoops they have now locked me out of my account somehow and they refused to pay me I got a email from the Finance manager Ele Saying that they don’t have any approved withdrawals for me but they told me yesterday and for the last 10 days that my withdrawal has been approved they just had to have all their information so when I got them all that information they’re not refusing to pay me that’s not acceptable to me.. Pay me the 800 cad that I won fair and square
