My complaint:
I purchased 2 dresses but they didn’t fit. I returned both dresses to USPS and one was picked up and one wasn’t by the return agent. I am trying to track the one return and understand why the other one wasn’t picked up. I emailed this company several times and I get no reply and no return of my money. Note, that I had to pay an additional $18 for each dress to even get a return label which I found odd but to get my full refund I paid it. This company is definitely scamming customers.
Suggested solution:
I would like my return paid back to me asap.
