My complaint:
Hello,
I signed up with Cloudflare to utilize the CDN service and found I mistyped the domain. I was told that I can create a new domain and move the service which I did and they charged me a second time and told me I have a credit with them for 3 years.
After connecting and asking for support they only support if the dns name servers are transfered to them however in my case I dont want to move my dns name servers to cloudflare
Ive asked for a full refund but just keep getting the run around.
Can you assist here?
