My complaint:
Was admitted to Fairview hospital Cleveland clinic by my Dr via ambulance from his office with out of control high blood pressure experiencing major grieve wife recent death among other mental health issues emergency room administered proper medications and blood pressure was slowly coming down the next morning a very hostile and unprofessional Dr. Rosas said he would not prescribe needed medications and I told him I wanted a second opinion he became very hostile touched my legs and feet with out permission I left hospital my bloodpressure was 159 over 120.
Suggested solution:
Prescribe me proper medications like the emergency room doctor told me they would or I am seeking legal steps unless I go into a coma or have a stroke which Cleveland clinic is now responsible for notified both children so they can take action if I do because now due to my mental illness is keeping me from going to a y hos7 now.
