My complaint:
On 6-9-2021 I was given 2 tests, as scheduled by my Dr Alexsandra Mamomis. The tests were Motor Sens 5-6 NRV CNDJ PRECON WLTRODE LIMB and NEEDLE EMG EA EXTREMTY WPARAASPINL AREA COMPLETE.
These tests were given to determine what was causing numbness in my left arm and the upper half of the right side of my body. This numbness was not continuous by sporadic and were occurring for over 30 days These reports are documented in the Cleveland ClinicAkron General Data Base under my Name Paul Tarr MRN: 926415. When my Dr (Mamonis) called the Akron General Lab on 6-28-201, she was told the results of the tests were not posted and due to lack of staffing they did not know when they would be posted.
Suggested solution:
Since a 20 days period of time (6-9-2021 to 6-28-2021) lapsed from the time I took the tests to the day of my appointment it I would think that would be sufficient time to get the results posted. So I believe they need to hire additional staff to get the postings done or rearranged work schedules in order to get the postings done.
I am in hopes that the results of these test do not indicate that I am dying or that I need some type of surgery to prevent some further complications
