My complaint:

I booked a hotel on Booking.com was told that l could pay upfront or upon arrival. I called the hotel and spoke with someone to make sure my booking reservation was ed. I was told that the reservation was ed and l would be good to check in and pay when I arrive. Nevertheless, when I arrived there was a women at the front desk who stated she looked for my reservation and could not find it. She said she talk to the manager and was told that they could not accommodate me because they were all sold out. I had to leave after traveling to find another place to stay.

Suggested solution:

They told me they could not assist me in any way.
