Citibank complaint: Won’t let me redeem my Thank you points

My complaint:

So Citi bank decided to closed by citi double cash back because i made a payment that didn’t go through they’re saying that the checking account I was using is Frozen(but it is not).I never carried balance and always on time on payments.I just happen to have a new checking with a new bank. When I try to redeem my Thank you points worth of 98k points ($900). The agent told me that it can not be redeemed because it was forfeited. All the agents and supervisor have been no help to resolve me the problem.
I just want to be able to redeem the points. This is basically stealing money from customers. Just because im being responsible paying my bills and not paying any interest on them theyre just gonna decide to cancel business with me and take back all the rewards

Suggested solution:

They need to honor the thankyou points that I received.
