My complaint:

Sept. 7, 2022.
An (older male) circle K employee began to harass me upon entry regarding a minor bark correction during our last visit; in which my Service Dog obeyed her commands while restrained and remaining composure: NOT out of control.
The (young female) manager sat quietly…

The employee then made derogatory remarks about my service dog for “scaring his customers away”; nobody else in store seemed to have an issue, we were not causing a scene or becoming a problem.

Deliberately interrupting interfering the duties responsibilities of a Service Dog.
Employee acted with malicious intent.

I filed a police report immediately with the Johnson County Sheriff’s Office; they are up to date in contact with my attorney, ready to proceed with criminal charges.

After weeks of complaints online publishings; David Dodson, district area lead reached out providing very little compassion or understanding while attempting to bribe me with a “GIFT CARD”.

Suggested solution:

- Formal Apology
(Acknowledging their actions.)
- Fair resolution or settlement
(Concerning multiple violations against service dogs.)

- Criminal Charges
