My complaint:
On June 2nd approximately between 1250pm to 1pm I entered circle k in McRae Ga after pumping gas to purchase a coke and 2 slim Jim beef sticks. I walked to the cashier area. A older caucasian woman and a African American woman were on cashier. I stood in line in front of the black woman. She was on her phone during company time while a hand full of customers had entered the building. As she spoke about her personal life and holding up the flow of customers I spoke on my Bluetooth headset to a business partner and I assume she thought I was speaking to her because she began to speak very rude and give facial expressions that were definitely unappealing. She then rolled her eyes and flicked her hand in a gesture of u can approach now to be ring up. I approached the counter with my 3 items and my debit card in hand waiting and ready to give Circle k my money. As she scan my items with an aggressive distasteful mannerism. I said u have to calm down and not let stuff stress you out . She snapped and un rung up my items while she was still on the phone. She then walked off talking very distasteful about me to the person she was on the phone with making statements like this big sashsquach n word keep trying me. Alot of customers seen what happened and the rudeness of the cashier. I’m upset for being disrespected and I’m upset with circle k for not having the means to allow their customers the ability to contact them. I want a full apology asap
