My complaint:
I asked did the self serve register still not take EBT she said no so I walked to the register that every other cashier tells me to go. She saw me walk to it and serves 4 other customers that came in after me. Then she tells me she can get me at the other register. Then she just looks at me when I put my items down and checks out two more customers n I asked her after she walked away from me if she’s gonna check me out she said no I was the only white woman that was in there and I feel so much like putting a lawsuit on the company. This is the second time this. Has happened at that location. I can’t give cashier’s name was not wearing a name tag. But it happened on oct 2nd at8pm on Garrett Rd in Monroe la. I spend and my family spends a lot of money there for me to be humiliated by a worker..
Suggested solution:
I'm contacting a lawyer if they don't handle it she should be fired.
