My complaint:
Manager on her phone making videos of people coming and going from the store. Firing staff over using gifted coupons to the employees
Snobby and bitchy with certain customers. Mad flighty and flirty with certain men that walk in. Spreading falsified rumours and she has 911 on speed dial for stuff that doesn’t concern the business plus the only staff she has is family and friends and she judges people before she looks at resumes. She fired one male staff for using a coupon gifted to him from the store and he was the one to train her for her management position. She must of feeler threatened because he was well liked by everyone in the community
Suggested solution:
She needs to be replaced. Why does a 24 hour convenient store have to be shut down every so often due to lack of staff. Very inconvenient for the community
