My complaint:
Store 7126 is disgusting. There is mold in the polar pop
Fountains and the cappuccino machine. There are ants everywhere on the fountains and the grills. There is also roaches under the grills. They use toxic chemicals to clean their grills and they use bleach to clean that the store manager is hiding under her desk in her office. The store manager doesn’t make her one assistant who is also her friend outside of work follow CDC guidelines or store policy. The manager bad mouths all of her employees all day while she herself is lazy and does the bare minimum to get by because she’s always in so much pain and the braces she’s hiding under her clothes keep her from being able to move properly. They don’t rotate their stock for food or tobacco. There are cigarettes on the shelves that have been there for 3 years and the manger forces you to sell it. Even the customers complain about the store manager but nobody does anything about it. One woman works like 100 hours a week. She works off the clock daily so that Tiffany doesn’t have to work so hard and she only makes $8.25 an hour.
Suggested solution:
This store is a health hazard. It needs to be shut down and cleaned properly and the management needs to change. I wanted to transfer to a different store so I wouldn’t have to quit but the manager and assistant manager wouldn’t help me do that so I quit when my coworker was FaceTimeing the assistant manager and the assistant manager was calling me a fn bh so I clocked out and walked out. The store manger also reported false wages to the state and caused me to lose my food assistance and health insurance for my 8 month old daughter. I will be calling a lawyer.
