My complaint:
There were no beans on the coffee hopper. At all. Chilled creamers we’re both empty. The floor was sticky. So bad that it pulled my shoe off. The line was about 20 people deep and the manager did not help ring out any customers. His name tag said his name was Mike. Even after a customer mentioned to him that the line was very long he disappeared into the back room. Not the first time these things have happened. It’s a convenient store for my family to stop at, but no more.
Suggested solution:
New management would probably be helpful. The manager named Mike has been rude to me, my children and my mother.
