My complaint:
Problem with handicap parking. You have a store employee taking the only Handicapped parking space all of his shift, all day. I’m 69 years old. I can hardly walk. I did mention to your employee my concerns regarding this parking problem. I received a very aggressive response from him! I’m sure your previous records show this particular store is not a good representation of how you operate a successful business. I look forward to a reply in regards to this issue.
Suggested solution:
Remove clerk. Your company should be ashamed of employing arrogant, average people that treat customer's like shit!
