My complaint:

I was hired 16 months ago to work third shift that’s all I’ve ever been scheduled to work I’m a 90 pound 55 year old female excellent work I was just told the form that if I did not work single coverage on third shift with the doors open to the public I was the shift that I was hired to work the only shift I’ve ever been scheduled to work so basically I trying to go to take my job when I’m the only one in the past 16 months that has consistently showed up for work done my job plus my co-workers jobs and this is how I get rewarded for it take my shift away basically take my job away then I was hired to do then if I do if I don’t agree to another shift that I don’t have a job I don’t think it’s legal in Temple Terrace for a company to be open to the public on third shift with single coverage not sure about that but I was told from a Temple Terrace police officer that works third shift for me absolutely to do not work single coverage by myself with the doors open it is not worth the risk and the word is going to get out at we will be robbed so Circle K my market manager about store manager is willing to put their employees at risk to stay open for 6 hours from 11 at night till 5 a.m. in the morning the types that the door would initially be locked

Suggested solution:

I want my shift I want where you cannot open the doors to the public from 11 p.m. till 5 a.m. on single coverage third shift convenience store is one of the top 10 most dangerous jobs in America we were supposed to get a dollar differential on the hour for working third shift because it is a dangerous job that don't happen either
