My complaint:
Blocked my whole family phone numbers without letting us play the games since the summer. I email them many times and called twice but no one knows who is the right person to talk to.
Suggested solution:
Unblock my phone number and my husband and my daughter’s phone number immediately so we can continue to play the game before it’s over.
