My complaint:
Was refused service by manager, she said she didn’t have time and she was sitting on a stool on her cellphone, another employee was standing in the back putting bags of potatoe chips in a bag and never turned around and tried to help, 2 couples asking for ice cream and refused to dip was told they didn’t have time!!
Return an hour later to meet another couple there and meet a man coming out of the store with ice cream, went in and again refused to serve us, when we told her we just saw a man coming out with ice cream , she told us to get our ASS out of her store and don’t come back. We have been coming to this store at least 2 to 3 times a month and got server everyone with nice people, never a problem until April 8th 2023!!!!!! Very rude and cussed us out!!!!!!!!!
Suggested solution:
She needs extensive training!!!!!!!!!! The customers are the reason that store is open!!! Training !!!!! And an apology!!!!
