My complaint:
I went to Cineplex Yorkdale Mall to find that lobby was freezing and we asked the guy checking out tickets if its going to be cold like this inside. We went in expecting his words are true. Throughout the movie we were freezing and hopeless that we cannot do anything other than watch throughout the movie to make our money worth it. My friend was shaking and i could feel my toes frozen. I went out too see movie to cineplex expecting to have a good service. Cineplex Yorkdale proved me wrong

Dont lie to costumers and fix the temperature for people
