My complaint:
I accidentally booked the movie wonka in another city my booking number WLJDSJK. I called twice and asked if ticket could ve refunded and used for my city Sudbury Ontario. As I purchase the kids tickets through Costco and used my scene points for mine they said I had to wait after the movie in the other city was done. I made plans with friends and now have to cancel because I cannot get my refund until Saturday when I have plans with my kids and a group of people to see Wonka. Spending almost 100$ in food and 40$ in tickets is not an options. I was hoping to save to go with those vouchers and my scene. I atttend the movies a lot with my children and will no longer be booking through your company and will go through rainbow cinemas. Absolutely absurd that I caught the error wary and cannot submit me my refund thinking at the age of 44 I am going to freaging scam you greedy people who make millions off of people.
Suggested solution:
Refund me my tickets so I can attend Friday
