My complaint:
Called for broken water heater. After two weeks technician showed up and after literally 5 minutes said need a new unit. Payed in addition to $165 diagnosis fee $850 dollars for installation of the new unit. Still waiting over 5 weeks for Cinch to locate and send a new unit to the service provider. Have called both the provider and Cinch over 5 times. Get a different story each time. Can’t get a supervisor on the phone, they just refuse to provide one. My case is at the authorization department and remarkably they don’t have a phone number for there employees to call. So basically I am out over $1000 dollars and no hot water for over 5 weeks. Cold shower in the winter just great. The company is great at stealing your money and not providing anything near timely service.
Suggested solution:
Provide the service I already paid for.
