My complaint:
Feeling so let down with cinch . First i had a bmw fl18gwz and whe. The car turned up i took it to the car wash wear thay pointed out there was spray can paint all over nearside deont of the car that was not on the images , after letting cinch know it become apparant that there was more faults where the dash did not show speed and the car self park was faulty and then the tpms fault come on . This wasvwith in days. Thay then bookes into bmw for repairs but took over 2 and a half months of them not paying for repairs thay toom back the car and issued me with a refund .
2. I decided to attemped a second sale with in 4 months of returning the bmw.
I got a ipace and traded in my older bmw and when the car was dropped off the guy didnt seem to want to show me the car after insisting we walked round d the car and I pointed out so.e scratches etc nothing major as ots a used car. Then he got into my bmw and wheel span off what was upsetting , I then got in to the car pressed the power button and a traction. Battery fault come up. So I tried ringing the guy that dropped the car off with no luck , I then spoke to cinch and told them I have been lied to and I want my car back. Thay agreed and said thay will return my car with in 1 hour , and after some time after the 1 thay advised that I should go back to work and thay will drop.my car back there. My car never returned , thay then said vie email I can.collext my car from there branch over 2 and a half hours away .not good , then thay told me thay will return my car next day , and when that day come there staff member came took the keys to the jag and when I asked him where my car is he replied saying he come on a train and was asked to collect car not bring mine back. So after again waiting and lots of emails and calls then bmw was returned to me with oil leaking and no fuel, the oil leak was from the rocker cover so not expensive to fix but still. I then advised cinch that the car had no fuel but didn’t reliae at the time the oil leak,so after them offering 100 pound refund .
3. I then after speaking to a nice lady after a few months past got a ipace again this one was so much better and I have had it for about 18 days now. Downside when I got the car day 1 I told.the driver and cinch that there was no charger 3 pin granny charger , the guy advised his department and cinch offered me to pay for charger and I. There email said we advise to get one from jag and thay will refund , prob I have is first thay have now caped the amount to 200 max and on the 15th day after lots of rain I found that water was leaking from the roof light all over the control panel ls and all over the passanger seat , also advised that the door unlock and that the boot on 2 times just opened when the car was locked. As we had xmas boxing and new-year day I was after feeling so angry told them I wanted to return the car and cancel the finance and I also told them the bmw fl18gwz was returned after almost 3 months . But thay just won’t help thay say we can send car to dealer for repair but after the 3 months of waiting on bmw I don’t want this . I just to give the car back. I have also noticed when driving I. Rain that the display screen flickers and reboots and I know this is going to be a very expensive water damaged issue

Return the car and clear the finance and refund my £1100
