My complaint:
I received a letter from CIBC in February asking why I had not cashed a cheque from ICBC for $1630.26.I phoned CIBC Toronto and eventually I was told to go to my branch of CIBC in Chilliwack where I was told I would receive a replacement cheque.
I have not received a replacement cheque or a deposit to my account and was told on Friday March 18 that my case was back in Toronto.

Credit my account for $1630.26
