CIBC complaint: transfer problem

My complaint:

-I did a wire transfer on Jun 14, 2022 by calling a agent.
-10,000 dollar and 30 dollar fee was transfer out of my account
-Fraud department called me on Jun 14 and said the transfer was cancelled because I have not done any transfer in 20 years.
-On Jun 16 Michael from fraud department called me again to the cancelation of the transfer.
-I called simplii today. The agent said I have to call back tomorrow when Michael comes back. I said what happen if Michael will not come back anymore. Then he said Michael messaged back my money still in the account. Then i said that is not true.
-Then I was transfer to CIBC another department and the other department. Then I waited for more then 30 minutes in a french answer machine phone line but I do not understand frech. Then I hang up.

Suggested solution:

I am waiting them to put my money back into my account.
