My complaint:
I had the Peterborough Branch Personnel submit a Death Certificate and Certified True Copy of the Will to the Estate Group in Toronto on July 27, 2022. My name is James Weldon and I am the Executor for the Estate of Sandra Haslam. It’s November 14, 2022 and the folks at Investors Edge still wont talk to me as they haven’t been informed that I’m the Executor
Suggested solution:
Have the Estate Group tell INvestors Edge that I am the Executor
This was supposed to be distributed across all CIBC departments long ago
