Churchs Chicken complaint: over charged for my meal

My complaint:

Was overcharged for a 3-Wing Meal. I ordered this meal off the menu that is on the drive thru and added other items to my order. After i had moved out of the drive thru I looked at my receipt and I noticed that the amount of the 3-Wing Meal was different than what was on the menu. So I called and spoke to (Fera Briseno) she said I could not be refunded because I should have told the person that took my order, I should have said that i wanted the promotional meal, otherwise you will get charged for a regular 3-Piece white meal. I said, I only ordered what was on the menu, I didn’t know we had to be specific. I asked if i could speak to the manager, she said the manager was not available. So I told her that i was going contact headquarters to that what she was telling me was true. And she just said okay bye!

Suggested solution:

Actually, all i want is to that what that employee told me is true. And that this is what every employee at Churches Chicken that has this special is told to do. That unless the customer is specific on a promotional item, we will be charged full price according. Thank you in advance for your attention, to this concern.
